Support tailored to how you actually live.
How it works.
01 - The Consultation
We meet, walk through your home, and discuss your routines and goals, common frustrations, and what kind of support is best tailored to your needs. The consultation is where the relationship begins.
02 - The Partnership
We begin, and the relationship builds from there. I show up consistently, pay careful attention, and adjust support as your needs evolve. The longer we work together, the stronger the support becomes.
Why we begin with a consultation.
No two households are the same, and no household’s needs stay the same, either.
A good week looks different from a hard one. A new baby changes everything. A renovation, transition, or particularly brutal stretch at work—these are all factors that contribute to how a home feels and flows. The support a household needs changes constantly, because life changes constantly.
Jigsaw is built around a relationship. As our relationship grows, my analysis of your home deepens. The better I know your household—its rhythms, pressure points, or the way things shift depending on the week or season—the easier it is for me to implement effective, sustainable support.
Our relationship provides grounded knowledge of your household and how it functions, allowing us to make real progress instead of starting from scratch each time.
The consultation serves as an opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your goals, and assess fit. By the end, I have a better understanding of your situation, a feel for your physical space, and an informed direction for where to begin.
Consultation fee: $150 (90 min), applicable toward ongoing service if you continue.
One consistent rate, four fluid forms.
Jigsaw operates under a single, all-inclusive flat rate of $65/hour, with a baseline minimum of 6 hours per week for ongoing partnerships.
While your regular weekly support will usually find a natural anchor in one primary shape—such as maintaining your Daily Household Flow—the true value of a relational model is its built-in fluidity. As your life inevitably shifts, my support responsively balances and moves between four core forms:
-
Ongoing Support: Taking over the operational front lines of daily life to lower your mental load.
What it looks like: Customized meal preparation, kitchen management, decluttering, wardrobe turnover, household restocking, and resetting high-traffic living spaces.
-
Developmental Presence: Providing an ongoing, trusted presence for households navigating early childhood.
What it looks like: Managing daily home routines and transitions, organizing child spaces, managing child-related inventory, developmentally supportive activity setups, and offering gentle, relationship-focused guidance for parents.
Available in limited capacity.
-
The Systemic View: Analyzing the ‘big picture’ of how your family naturally interacts with your physical space.
What it looks like: Identifying systemic bottlenecks (like why laundry tends to build up), noticing travel or work enegry patterns, and re-engineering layouts or workflows to prevent burnout before it starts.
-
Short-Term Intervention: Temporarily scaling up my hourly presence to hold down your home’s operational frontlines during major life disruptions.
What it looks like: Managing the exhausting cognitive and physical load of packing or unpacking after a move, setting up intuitive workflows in a new space, protecting rest during vulnerable postpartum weeks, or non-disruptively managing household operations during periods of bereavement or non-medical family crisis.
A note on stewardship.
How my neurodivergent wiring, research background, and need for professional sustainability shape my daily practice inside your home.
I built Jigsaw Home Systems out of necessity to find a sustainable career. Living with a neurodivergent profile, I often feel like a walking contradiction—balancing a deep need for ritualistic structure and predictability with a drive for open-ended, innovative playfulness. Traditional workplaces simply do not fit my brain's conflicting needs. This business is as much for me as it is for you.
My mind operates through advanced pattern recognition and high sensory and emotional attunement. When I enter your home, I inherently absorb a high-fidelity map of how your daily movements, energy levels, and emotional friction points interact with your physical layout, allowing me to track systemic bottlenecks so we can reshape how the environment functions.
Fortunately, the exact daily details that cause busy families intense executive fatigue are the precise rituals that ground and soothe my nervous system. Where others see an overwhelming mountain of laundry, my brain finds a peaceful, predictable rhythm in reading care labels, treating complex stains, and hang-drying garments.
Backed by my graduate research, I reject consumerist checklists. Instead, I prioritize utilizing found materials already within your house, combining what you own in unexpected, functional ways. In child spaces, I design deliberate invitations to play—like leaving a book open next to dinosaur figurines and a cardboard box—providing tired parents with a low-stress prompt for connection without having to invent a world from scratch. See the set up here.
I bring this exact invitation into adult spaces, too. By intentionally styling living zones with color, texture, shine, and visual delight, I create environments that double as dopamine engines, helping adults turn mundane domestic chores into engaging, sensory rituals.
When you invite me into your home, you are not imposing on me. You are giving me the room to do what I genuinely need and love to do to stay regulated. We create a beautiful, shame-free partnership: I find my sensory rhythm in the meticulous stewardship of your environment, and you get your cognitive bandwidth back.
